Czech investor CPI Property Group has completed its acquisition of the Equator IV office building in Warsaw from developer Karimpol Group. The value of the transaction, which was brokered by JLL, has not been revealed. Completed last year and located on Al. Jerozolimskie in the city’s Ochota district, the property offers 20,800 sqm of GLA and is currently around 90% leased out. In October, CPI Property Group announced its plans to invest over €800 million in office building acquisitions in the Polish capital in Q4 2019 and early Q1 2020. The company has already signed a preliminary agreement for the purchase of the Green Corner A building in Warsaw’s Wola district.
