Equator I is the third CPI Property Group’s transaction finalized since the beginning of 2020 in Warsaw. This year, the group's portfolio also increased by Green Corner A and Equator II.

The total leasable area in CPI office buildings in Warsaw is already over 270,000 sqm.

Located in Aleje Jerozolimskie, in the vicinity of Plac Zawiszy, Equator I was put into use in 2008. The office building has over 19,500 sqm of Class A office space, located on 15 storeys and a commercial and service space.

Investment plans of CPI assume further expansion in the office space market in Warsaw.
