The largest owner of commercial real estate in the Czech Republic, Berlin, and Central and Eastern Europe, CPI Property Group (CPIPG) signed eight lease agreements in owned and managed office buildings in the first weeks of spring in Warsaw. The total size of the contracts is approximately 3,200 sqm.

The office buildings located along Jerozolimskie Avenue enjoy the unflagging trust of customers. Lease agreements in April this year, in the Equator II office building, were extended by: a notary office, Mozów-Copper (a company from the mining industry), and Schussler-Plan Inżynierzy. The CUBE company decided to continue its activity in the neighboring Eurocentrum Office Complex. In Central Tower – one of the longest-owned office buildings in CPIPG's portfolio, located at the corner of Aleje Jerozolimskie and Chałubińskiego, with over 14,000 sqm of A-class space – Cpl Jobs, a provider of innovative recruitment services, will continue to operate. The new tenant in the office building will be an operator of logistics services for e-commerce – Omnipack.

“We are glad that all our tenants who have expired from their lease agreements have decided to continue their cooperation with CPIPG. This means that we can offer the most optimal conditions both in terms of class and location of the building, as well as high standards in the field of property management, regardless of the size of the company and the demand for space, Agnieszka Ciupak, Head of Leasing Office at CPI Property Group Poland, commented.
