Creepy Jar's shares debuted today on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). At the opening, the share price did not change against the reference price, while at around 9:15 AM it fell by 0.92 percent to PLN 965.
Creepy Jar is the 433rd company listed on the main market and the 4th debut on this market in 2021.
A total of 679,436 shares were put into circulation (500,000 series A, 147,082 series B, and 32,354 series C shares). An independent producer of survival simulation games, at the time of its debut, had a capitalization of over PLN 670 million. Creepy Jar's debut on the WSE was not accompanied by an issue or split of shares, the company recalled.
"The NewConnect market was only a stage, and the main floor has always been the goal and ambition of Creepy Jar. Thanks to the transition to the WSE, we can maintain the current growth rate and increase the company's prestige in the eyes of investors,” President Krzysztof Kwiatek commented.
Creepy Jar is a computer game producer specializing in the premium indie survival genre. The company's managers have experience with Techland. The company has been listed on NewConnect since August 2018.
