Economic Crisis Staff is working on a support system and ensuring the maintenance of jobs for people employed in industries that have limited income opportunities due to the coronavirus pandemic. Information about new opportunities for companies in these industries will be presented in the coming days, the Prime Minister's Chancellery announced.
On Friday, there was a meeting of the staff in the form of a videoconference chaired by Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. The deputy prime ministers: Jarosław Gowin and Jacek Sasin, the minister of finance Tadeusz Kościński, the president of the NBP Adam Glapiński, the president of PFR Paweł Borys, the president of BGK Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka, the president of UOKiK Tomasz Chróstny, the head of the KNF Jacek Jastrzębski and the government spokesman Piotr Müller also attended.
"The meeting was devoted to, among others, instruments and additional forms of support for entrepreneurs from industries that have limited income opportunities as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and the security rules introduced in connection with it," the Chancellery stated after the meeting.
