Real estate investor and manager, Cromwell Property Group (Cromwell), has signed a four-year lease extension with UBS Business Solutions for 5,000 sqm of office space at the Green Office Complex in Kraków on behalf of Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust (CEREIT).

Green Office Complex consists of 23,000 sqm of net lettable area (NLA) spread across three buildings. All three buildings are modern and consist of flexible floor plates able to suit a multitude of uses and different requirements. The fully-let building is located in Kraków, the second-largest city and largest regional office market in Poland and home to a number of international businesses, including telecom business, Motorola.

Green Office Complex sits within the ‘Krakowski Park Technologiczny’ Special Economic Zone, a leading office location for technology companies in Kraków and is nearby the Kraków motorway ring road which is linked to the Kraków Airport.

“We are pleased that UBS Business Solutions have agreed to extend their tenancy in Kraków until 2026. Their decision to stay demonstrates the quality of the Green Office Complex and its suitability to international businesses,” Karol Pilniewicz, Head of CEE, said.

“This is yet another example of the resiliency of Cromwell’s pan-European platform and highlights our ability to continue to successfully execute leasing strategies on behalf of our investors,” he added.
