BitBay, one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in Europe, changes its name to Zonda. At the same time, the company presents development plans and announces the composition of the management board. It includes: the new CEO of the company Przemysław Kral, Poland Country Head and Chief Growth Officer Kamil Sikorski and CCO Dawid Sendecki.

From the first days of its operation in Poland, when the exchange was used by only 3,000 users, trading mainly in Bitcoin, the platform has come a long way. Today, BitBay is a well-known brand for European cryptocurrency investors, with over a million registered users, a product bundle, and the ability to invest in more than 50 digital currencies and tokens.

Eight years of development and a rapidly expanding portfolio of products, services, and digital currencies have taken the company to the next stage in its evolution. The name Zonda, or loosely translated wind of change, reflects the processes taking place in the industry, as well as the company's new strategy.

“The dissemination of cryptocurrencies will not be possible if the industry does not become more secure, regulated, and transparent. You can see that uncertainty, ignorance, and mistrust are the biggest obstacles to the dissemination of digital money," Kamil Sikorski assessed.
