Czech commercial real estate investor NASA Capital is entering Poland through a locally regulated closed-end investment fund managed by Ipopema TFI. The fund will primarily target existing income-producing office buildings and other commercial properties in Warsaw and major regional cities.

NASA Capital aims to build a portfolio worth about €500 million, comprising 15–20 properties with a combined area of approximately 250,000 square meters. Its first Polish acquisition is currently being finalized.

The company’s team has more than 30 years of experience and has participated in over 95 projects and transactions worth more than €570 million. Its strategy focuses on improving property performance through leasing, tenant-mix optimization, and selected upgrades. Although most capital is expected to come from the Czech Republic, the fund will also be open to Polish investors.
