The office complex Wola Center in Warsaw’s main business district has changed hands, confirming continued interest from foreign investors in Poland. Global investor Hines has sold the fully leased, Class A property to the Czech Trigea Fund, managed by Trigea nemovitostní fond, SICAV. Located near Rondo Daszyńskiego in CBD West, the complex offers over 35,000 sqm of office space and benefits from excellent transport links. Designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates, Wola Center is a mature, income-generating asset aligned with Trigea’s strategy of investing in prime, high-occupancy commercial properties.

The deal highlights Poland’s stable investment fundamentals and growing cross-border capital flows in the office sector.
