Decision to cancel 30-fold limit on ZUS contributions was taken – Sasin
The decision to cancel the 30-fold limit on ZUS contributions was made, Deputy Prime Minister Jacek Sasin said on Thursday. Asked about the words of Jaroslaw Gowin, another Deputy Prime Minister, who assessed that it is still an “open case,” Sasin said: “It is open until there is no final government decision, no adopted project, then, of course, the discussions are ongoing, but I do not think that we want it to change.”
The draft budget for 2020 envisions the abolition of the limitation of the annual basis for calculating contributions for retirement and disability pension insurance (30 times the forecast average salary). Due to this, the budget is expected to receive PLN 5.1 billion next year.
