Dekpol to build Kołobrzeg shopping center
General contractor Dekpol has signed a letter of intent regarding the construction of a Karuzela-branded shopping center project, which investors Karuzela Holding and Mitiska REIM are planning in Kołobrzeg on the Baltic coast. The scheme will comprise more than 25,000 sqm of space and is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2021. Karuzela Holding and Mitiska REIM have recently also started building a Karuzela-branded shopping mall development in Ełk in north-eastern Poland.
