Dom Development has applied to demolish the former Citi Handlowy office at Wolska 167 in Warsaw’s Wola district, clearing the way for a residential project. The local zoning plan for Odolany, adopted in summer 2026, allows apartment buildings up to 30 meters tall, rising to 40 meters along Goleszowska Street. The building was originally constructed in the early 1980s as a record and cassette factory for state-owned label Polskie Nagrania, then converted to offices.

The demolition application is only an initial step, and the developer has declined to comment on its plans. Demolition could begin in 2027, with construction potentially starting in 2028 or 2029, depending on approvals. The site is well connected but faces heavy traffic and noise.
