Dr Gerard will launch four new production lines in Radzyń and Międzyrzec Podlaski starting in Q3 2024, boosting wafer, tube, and dragee production and hiring 260 new employees. This expansion will increase cookie production by several thousand tons annually. The first lines will be operational by Q3 2024, with completion by Q1 2025. The company is seeking various production and machine operators. As of June 2024, Dr Gerard employed nearly 1,130 people. Acquired by Adam Foods Biscuit Group, Dr Gerard aims to build a significant European biscuit group. Dr Gerard, a leading producer in Poland and Central Europe, exports to nearly 50 countries and exceeded PLN 500 million in sales in 2023.

Dr Gerard is one of the largest producers of cookies and wafers in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
