Echo Investment announces new office building in Katowice
Developer Echo Investment announced a new office building in Katowice, the construction of which will start this year.
“In 2016, we commissioned our first Katowice office project – A4 Business Park. Currently, Face2Face Business Campus is under construction, which consists of two phases with a total area of 46,800 sqm and is the largest investment currently being implemented in Katowice. The first tenants are already moving into the complex and the entire investment will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020. Another facility will be built due to the huge interest of tenants," Joanna Nicińska, regional director in the office and hotel department at Echo Investment, said.
The new office building will be built on ulica Piotr Skarga.
