Echo Investment plans to build a new office tower at 53/57 Grzybowska Street in Warsaw, replacing the former Pekao Tower. The developer, which owns the site, applied for a demolition permit on January 30, 2026, and submitted an application for a building permit for the new office project on June 30, 2026. The existing tower, also known as the Marian Kantor building, was designed for Bank Pekao in 1991 and served for years as the bank’s main headquarters. It is 85 meters tall and has about 20,000 sqm of total space.

Under the local zoning plan, the new building may reach up to 90 meters, with lower sections capped at 24 meters. The site is located near Browary Warszawskie and Echo’s Towarowa 22 project.
