One of Sopot’s most recognizable historic villas, the Eden Guesthouse, has been sold for approximately 24 million złoty. After decades in the hands of the Draheim family’s heirs, the landmark property now has new owners who plan a comprehensive renovation while preserving its historic character. Built around 1910 and redesigned in 1912, Eden is the oldest and one of the best-preserved prewar hotels in the resort.

The renovation will focus on restoring architectural details, securing the historic façade, and modernizing interiors to meet contemporary hospitality standards. Located near the Southern Park and close to the beach and pier, the boutique hotel currently offers 29 rooms. Investors say the goal is to combine Eden’s heritage with modern comfort, opening a new chapter in its long history.
