Eiffage Group to Build New Frontex Headquarters in Warsaw

Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, has selected the Eiffage Group consortium to design and build its new headquarters in Warsaw. The 70,000 sqm office complex will be located on Racławicka Street in the Mokotów district and will accommodate over 2,000 employees. This marks Eiffage's largest investment in the Polish market to date.
Led by Eiffage’s Polish branch, the project emphasizes sustainability, modularity, and employee well-being. Designed by SUD Architect and supported by ARUP’s technical innovations, the building will feature seven above-ground and two underground levels, green landscaping, a staff garden, and a public park to enhance biodiversity.
“Our design reflects the shared commitment to sustainable development. This flagship project demonstrates our responsible, innovative approach to construction,” Denis Mathern, CEO of Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, said.
Frontex plans to relocate to the new headquarters by the end of 2028.
