Elevato from the HR Tech industry plans to debut on NewConnect, the company said. Last year, Elevato's revenues increased by 14 percent y/y to PLN 1.3 million.

Elevato is an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) that allows companies to carry out an effective recruitment process in an effective and fast way, from the publication of job advertisements, through online interviews with candidates, application selection, to the final analysis of key KPIs and monitoring the effectiveness of the entire process and reporting, stated.

“We operate at the intersection of HR and technology – through automation and digitization, we help companies to conduct an effective recruitment process. This allows you to significantly save time and significantly improves the process of hiring new employees. We were able to find out about this during the Covid-19 pandemic peak. At that time, practically all recruitments took place remotely, and thanks to our integration with the videoconference system, our clients could maintain the continuity of the process and successfully recruit new employees,” Krzysztof Ogniewski, President of Elevato, said.

The system operating in the SaaS model is used by both large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises. Despite the pandemic, in 2020 Elevato saw a 20 percent increase in the number of customers. Among them is Ringier Axel Springer, nazwa.pl, or Morele.net.

“We still want to dynamically scale our business, which is why we plan to raise capital that we will spend on marketing activities, so crucial in the SaaS model. One of the options we take into account is the stock exchange and debut on NewConnect,” Ogniewski summed up.
