Ełk shopping mall gets under construction
Investors Karuzela Holding and Mitiska REIM have recently launched construction work on their Karuzela-branded shopping center project in Ełk in north-eastern Poland. The scheme, which is being built by general contractor CFE, will comprise over 21,000 sqm of space and house more than 30 stores with major tenants including a b1 hypermarket. The development is scheduled to be completed in the final quarter of next year. Existing Karuzela-branded malls are located in Mrągowo, Gołdap, Turek, Wodzisław Śląski, Września and Lubliniec.
