EmpowerPL’s mentoring program for students from Poland and abroad about to start

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) together with the Federation of Polish Student Associations in Great Britain launched the 4th edition of the EmpowerPL mentoring program, encouraging Polish students from Poland and abroad to apply for the opportunity to establish contacts with the leaders of the largest Polish companies and the most important organizations. BCG has launched two new program paths: Technological and AI & Data Science. The commencement of the program was announced during the 6th edition of the Poland 2.0 Summit conference for students, whose ISBnews agency was a media partner.
"It is with great joy that I am opening the fourth edition of our program, which connects the most outstanding students in the world with the best mentors who are presidents, bosses, leaders of the best, most successful organizations, businesses, and companies. This year, in addition to this basic EmpowerPL path, we are opening two additional paths: the Technology path and the AI & Data Science path. We invite students who want to specialize in these fields – here we will match you with mentors who deal with them," Franciszek Hutten-Czapski, managing director & senior partner, chairman of BCG in Poland, said.
"Technology plays an increasingly important role in life and business. It is even more evident this year when most companies had to move to remote work or offer their clients new digital solutions. For years we have been observing a growing interest of students in career development in IT. Due to the next edition of EmpowerPL, we invite mentors who are associated with the largest technology companies or responsible for IT topics in the largest Polish companies," Łukasz Margański, managing director, head of BCG Platinion CEE, said.
Applications for participation in the EmpowerPL program can be submitted by the end of November.
