EPP’s Park Rozwoju complex with green credentials
The Park Rozwoju office complex in Warsaw, which is owned by investor EPP, has obtained a BREEAM Final certificate for energy efficiency and environmental performance at the “Excellent” level. The complex is located in the Mokotów district of the Polish capital and consists of two seven-story buildings. They offer a total of over 34,000 sqm of office space.
