London Stock Exchange-listed Equinity, a provider of technology, administration, processing and payment services, has opened its first Polish office. The company has leased over 2,300 sqm in building “C” of the Equal Business Park complex in Kraków, which is being developed by Cavatina Holding. The lease transaction was brokered by Savills and Knight Frank, which advised the tenant and the landlord respectively. Equal Business Park C was completed towards the end of last year and offers more than 23,000 sqm of office space. Cavatina Holding will soon launch construction work on building “D” of the complex, which will deliver 11,000 sqm in 2020.
