Estonian slackliner goes between PKiN and Varso Tower
Estonian slackliner Jaan Roose completed a spectacular walk on a two-centimeter-wide line suspended 180 meters above Warsaw, between the Palace of Culture and Science and Varso Tower. He covered about 500 meters in one of the most eye-catching events ever held in the city center.
The stunt was part of Red Bull’s “Timeline” project, symbolically connecting Warsaw’s historic architecture with its modern skyline. Roose started near the Millennium Clock on the Palace of Culture and crossed toward Varso Tower, the tallest building in the EU. Despite wind and changing weather, he maintained control throughout the walk. The event drew crowds of residents and tourists and served as a major promotion for Warsaw’s skyline and architectural transformation.
