G City Promenada has begun its largest-ever expansion project on the site of a former parking lot near Perkuna Street in Warsaw. The redevelopment will add around 24,000 square meters of new space and approximately 60 new retail and dining units, including Warsaw’s second Primark store and a modern food hall.

Construction started in March 2024 and includes upgrades to technical infrastructure and surrounding road access. A new parking entrance from Ostrobramska Street has already been introduced due to traffic changes linked to the works.

Owned by G City Europe, Promenada currently offers more than 63,000 square meters of retail space and over 150 stores, making it the largest shopping center on the eastern side of the Vistula River in Warsaw. The expansion is intended to strengthen its position as a leading retail and lifestyle destination.
