EY expands in Poland
EY Global Delivery Services (EY GDS), the advisory and auditing arm of EY, has opened a new delivery center in Katowice, marking its third location in Poland. The company has operated in the country since 2011 and currently employs around 3,000 people across its hubs in Wrocław and Warsaw.
Over the past decade, EY GDS has steadily broadened its activities in Poland, building teams focused on IT, analytics, finance, and creative services. According to Ajay Anand, Global Vice Chair of EY Global Delivery Services, Poland plays a strategic role in the firm’s European operations, while Katowice offers strong technological capabilities, a solid academic base, and access to skilled specialists aligned with global demand.
The Katowice center has already hired more than 150 employees, including project managers, business analysts, software architects, infrastructure engineers, and IT process specialists.
