EY leases over 3,000 sqm in Łódź
EY, a global provider of audit, tax, business and transaction advisory services, has leased over 3,000 sqm of office space in building “A” of the Imagine complex in Łódź. The project is being built by investor Avestus Real Estate and is scheduled to be completed next month. It consists of three buildings (including an above-ground parking lot) that will deliver a total of 14,800 sqm of office space and 2,400 sqm of retail area. The development’s other tenants will include IT company Asseco Poland and flexible office space operator New Work Offices.
