Less Polish companies consider hiring foreigners - Randstad

The percentage of employers considering employment of foreigners declined in Poland by 5 percentage points to 37 percent, the latest Randstad report revealed. Most often companies plan recruitment among Ukrainians - 50 percent (a year before: 56 percent), Belarusians - 8 percent (a year before: 12 percent), Russians - 3 percent (no change), and Lithuanians - 2 percent (no change). Almost half of companies do not think about a specific nationality in the context of recruitment.

The report also showed that that 39 percent of Polish employers plan to increase employment, and 26 percent of employers want to increase remuneration in the near future.
