Focus Hotels is preparing an ambitious expansion across Central and Eastern Europe, aiming to become the first Polish hotel operator managing properties abroad. The chain currently operates 17 hotels and one apartment complex in Poland, totaling 1,811 rooms. The company is exploring projects in the Baltic states, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria.

According to executives Łukasz Płoszyński and Mikołaj Jerzy, the group has received more than 30 project offers this year and is in final negotiations on three hotel leases, including one in Prague. Focus Hotels is now an officially approved operator for global brands including Hilton, Marriott, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Accor. The company also plans to resume developing its own hotels in major Polish cities.
