Arche Group is completing the redevelopment of a former imperial military garrison in Białystok into a mixed-use hospitality complex centered on the 200-room Arche Garnizon Hotel, offering around 420 beds. The project preserves four historic buildings, including former stables, a detention facility, and a kitchen, while adding new hotel space. The complex will feature restaurants, conference rooms, a spa, recreational areas, and a courtyard for cultural events. It will also include a bakery and ceramics workshop operated by Arche’s foundation and employing people with disabilities.

The development is designed to serve business travelers, tourists, and local residents, with publicly accessible restaurants and community spaces. Final finishing work is underway, with opening planned for early September.
