Galeria Veneda, managed by EPP, has signed a lease agreement with the omnichannel retail chain Carrefour. The opening of a new grocery store in the center of Łomża, distinguished by a wide range of fresh products, including organic and organic, is planned for the beginning of June. The tenant will occupy the premises with an area of approx. 1,200 sqm.

"The grocery operator is one of the main drivers of the shopping center. It attracts customers, builds the position and market attractiveness of the facility, and thus may increase the turnover of other brands. Looking for a new tenant, we established cooperation with the Carrefour chain, which is distinguished by a wide range, including the offer fresh, bio, natural or products adjusted to various diets and food intolerances The organic food market in Poland still has a great growth potential – its value in 2021 was estimated at PLN 1.36 billion, therefore I believe that Carrefour's proposal in this segment will meet our clients’ interest. Currently, the tenant is adapting the space to his needs to be able to open up to the inhabitants of Łomża according to the schedule," Adam Kłos, Asset Manager at EPP, commented.
