Nais, an employee benefits and engagement platform used by about 200,000 people at more than 200 companies, argues that motivation depends on more than financial perks. Gallup data show that only 7% of Polish employees feel engaged at work, compared with a 21% global average. Nais offers access to more than 30,000 benefits, but also promotes free forms of recognition, such as praise, thanks, and managerial support.

The company generated PLN 8.5 mln in revenue last year, up 38% y/y, and remained profitable. It now operates across several European markets and is expanding into insurance, loyalty programs, and other HR tools. Nais plans to seek a strategic or private equity investor to accelerate international growth and acquisitions.
