Games Box plans to debut on NewConnect in 2022
Producer and publisher of video games for PC and consoles, whose majority shareholder is Ultimate Games, Games Box, acquired nearly PLN 0.7 million from investors as part of a private issue of series B shares in October. The studio will allocate the collected funds, among others, for the implementation of current and new projects, the company said. Games Box plans to debut on the NewConnect market in 2022.
“Now, after the registration of the capital increase with the National Court Register, our next step will be to submit an application for registration of shares with the National Depository for Securities. At the same time, we are already working on the preparation of the information document, as we would like its submission to take place this year. So far, the whole process has been going very smoothly and according to the schedule, so 2022 is very realistic in terms of the Games Box debut on NewConnect,” President Tomasz Supeł said.
