Works on the reinforced concrete structure of the Warsaw Unit office building have finished and a symbolic topping has been hung at its top, Ghelamco said. Thus, the skyscraper in the center of the Polish capital Warsaw reached 196.4 meters.
“The Warsaw Unit is the highest among the skyscrapers currently being built in the new business district in the area of Rondo Daszyńskiego. Once completed, it will also be one of the tallest buildings in Poland. With 45 floors, it will provide a total of 57,000 sqm of modern office space. The building’s construction has just reached 196.4m and a symbolic topping has been hung at the top. After installing steel structures with platforms for technical installations, its height will reach 202 meters,” states the press release published on July 14.
Founded in 1985, Belgium-based Ghelamco carries out investments in Poland, Russia and Ukraine, in addition to Belgium.
