GlobalLogic leases 10,000 sqm in Wrocław
GlobalLogic, a company offering digital product engineering services, has leased 10,000 sqm in the Wrocławski Park Biznesu – Strzegomska Park complex in Wrocław with the transaction having been brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. DEVCO, the owner of the property, will demolish part of the complex and develop a new build-to-suit building for the tenant. GlobalLogic is expected to move into its new premises in October 2021. The Wrocławski Park Biznesu – Strzegomska Park complex currently comprises 12 buildings totaling 15,000 sqm. After the planned remodeling, it will feature six new buildings comprising a combined 50,000 sqm.
