Investor Globalworth, one of the biggest owners of office space in Poland, will soon move into the Spektrum Tower building in downtown Warsaw, which it owns and manages. The company will occupy 1,500 sqm at the property, which it acquired in July last year. Spektrum Tower offers 32,100 sqm of leasable space and is currently almost 97 percent leased out. The portfolio of Globalworth Poland is valued at €1.2 billion and comprises a total of over 428,000 sqm in office and mixed-use properties.
