Globalworth with office lease deals in Katowice
Investor Globalworth Poland has signed two major lease deals in Katowice. IT giant IBM has renewed its agreement for 9,000 sqm in the A4 Business Park complex, while another IT company – JAMF – has leased almost 2,000 sqm in the Supersam building. The former property offers a total of 30,600 sqm of GLA in three buildings. For its part, Supersam, apart from retail space, comprises 5,000 sqm of office space. In Katowice, Globalworth Poland also owns the over 29,000-sqm Silesia Star office complex, which it acquired in July this year.
