The Gorąco Polecam brand (the name in English is “I highly recommend”) has joined the tenants of the Chmielna 89 office building in Warsaw. The concept, managed by the ENATA BREAD group, will occupy 141 sqm of commercial space. The tenant transaction was advised by the international consulting company Colliers International.

Gorąco Polecam Nowakowski is a brand with nearly a hundred years of tradition – the first craft bakery was established in 1925. A network of premises combining the function of a bakery and cafe operates in Warsaw, the Tri-City and in Kraków. In 2020, the brand rights were taken over by the ENATA BREAD group, managed by Bartłomiej Rychcik, a well-known and respected entrepreneur in the industry, which heralds the dynamic development of the company.

“The strategy of the Gorąco Polecam brand assumes the opening of 30 premises in the next 2-3 years. We will invest nearly PLN 15 million in market expansion. I am glad that it will create a premise at 89 Chmielna Street, in an office building with unique architecture and a unique glass block,” Bartłomiej Rychcik, President of ENATA BREAD, said.

“Expanding the company's portfolio with another point in the business center shows that the development strategy has been consistently implemented in stable office locations. We are all the more happy with the signed lease agreement in the Chmielna 89 project. We believe that Gorąco Polecam will be an attractive complement to the offer for users of the facility,” Martyna Nasiłowska, an expert in the Retail Department at Colliers International, added.
