Griffin Capital Partners and PRIMESTAR Group cooperate to create hotel platform
Griffin Capital Partners and PRIMESTAR Group have established Prime Griffin Hotels, a joint venture aimed at building one of the leading hotel platforms in Poland. The new company combines PRIMESTAR’s operational experience with Griffin’s investment, development and asset management expertise. It plans to focus on major Polish cities, including Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Katowice, Łódź, Poznań and Gdańsk, developing hotels with more than 100 rooms in the midscale, upscale and luxury segments. Growth will come through acquisitions, new investments, adaptations and modernization of existing properties.
The platform will cooperate with international brands such as Hilton, IHG, Marriott and JUNE. First transactions are expected in the coming months.
