Beer producer Grupa Żywiec will move its Warsaw office to the Browary Warszawskie mixed-use complex, which Echo Investment is now building in the Wola district of the Polish capital. The company will occupy almost 4,400 sqm there from the autumn of next year with CBRE having advised the tenant during the process of selecting the location. The Browary Warszawskie complex is being developed on a historic post-industrial site that previously housed a brewery dating back to the mid-19th century.
