GSK grows in Poznań’s Business Garden
Global healthcare company GSK has leased an additional more than 1,700 sqm of office space in the Business Garden complex in Poznań. The tenant, which was supported by JLL during the process of renegotiating its lease agreement, will now occupy over 3,700 sqm in the location. Business Garden Poznań consists of nine buildings totaling 80,000 sqm of GLA.
