GTC’s Globis Poznań with BREEAM certification
Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer and investor GTC has obtained a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the “Excellent” level for its Globis Poznań office building in Poznań. The property was assessed in the “Asset Performance” and “Building Management” categories. Globis Poznań comprises 13,500 sqm of leasable space. Its main tenants include Comarch and Majorel Polska. GTC plans to secure green certificates for all of its Polish assets. The company has in recent months also had its office buildings in Katowice (Centrum Biurowe Francuska), Kraków (Korona Office Complex) and Łódź (University Business Park) certified in the BREEAM system.
