The most popular food hall in the capital has been updated to the BREEAM ecological certificate to the Excellent level. Thus, Hala Koszyki was included in a small group of the most ecological multi-functional buildings in Warsaw.

So far, Hala Koszyki could boast of the BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Very Good level. The new Excellent rating is the result of the implementation of several changes, mainly in terms of management, which made the building even more sustainable and ecological.

"Taking into account the specificity of Hala Koszyki, a historic and multi-functional facility with a relatively small cubature, this is a very big achievement, which was possible mainly due to the highest level of facility management. The higher level of the BREEAM certificate also means that the Hall has become more ecological than most competitors of this type. facilities, often younger, which is something we are proud of," Maciej Kamiński, Head of Property & Facility Management at Globalworth Poland, which owns and manages Hala Koszyki, said.

Thanks to the certification update, Hala Koszyki has joined a wide group of Globalworth buildings with BREEAM certificates at the Excellent level, such as Warsaw Trade Tower, Spektrum Tower, and Skylight & Lumen in Warsaw, Renoma, Retro Office House, West Link, and West Gate in Wrocław, Supersam, Silesia Star and A4 Business Park in Katowice, Lubicz Park, Quattro Business Park and Rondo Business Park in Kraków, and Tryton Business House in Gdańsk.
