HalfPrice moves into Włocławek
A salon called HalfPrice has opened in Wzorcownia shopping center in Włocławek. The store has an area of 1 thousand 447 square meters and is the first location of the new retail chain in Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodeship.
HalfPrice salon belonging to the CCC group is located on level +2 in the main building of Wzorcownia.
The new off-price concept has already gained great interest in other locations in Poland, as we can see for example in our Galaxy shopping center in Szczecin. The diversified offer of HalfPrice will certainly satisfy those who are looking for affordable products but don’t want to sacrifice high quality,” says Marcin Ziółkowski, asset manager at EPP, the owner of Wzorcownia.
Wzorcownia is a multifunctional project located in the center of Włocławek. The total lease area is 25.5 thousand sq. m., and the number of stores and stores is 80.
EPP’s portfolio comprises 32 projects (25 retail, six office and one mixed-use project in the planning stage) with a total value of over EUR 2 billion and a leasable area of over 1 million sqm.
