In the years 2020-2021, HB Reavis plans to commission over 220,000 sqm of workspace in Warsaw. The company is constantly developing new services that enable the creation and effective use of a healthy and real sustainable office environment.
“In 2019, we finalized the sale of two West Station buildings at the Warszawa Zachodnia station for Mapletree Investments. It was one of the largest transactions on the capital's real estate market last year,” Peter Pecnik, president HB Reavis Poland, announced.
In 2019, HB Reavis received construction and investment bank financing in the amount of €350 million for the implementation of Varso Place. The loan granted by a consortium of four banks – Santander Bank Polska, Bank Pekao, Helaba, and UniCredit – is the largest construction loan in the history of the Polish real estate market.
