HB Reavis launches Warsaw office scheme
Developer HB Reavis has launched construction work on its Forest office project in Warsaw, which is located on ul. Burakowska in the Wola district of the city, close to the Arkadia shopping mall. The scheme will comprise 78,000 sqm of leasable space with its phases scheduled to be completed by December 2020 (lower buildings) and in the autumn of 2021 (a 120-meter tower). HB Reavis Construction is acting as the general contractor of the development.
