NYSE-listed Hilton announced the signing of contracts for three new Hampton by Hilton hotels in strategic locations across Poland – one of the fastest-growing business and tourist hubs in Eastern Europe. The new properties, located at the Kraków airport, as well as in key regional centers in Zielona Góra and Białystok, will contribute to even more intensive expansion of Hilton in Poland, where the brand plans to increase its portfolio by 60 percent by 2022.

"Poland is an increasingly popular destination for both business and leisure travelers," said Patrick Fitzgibbon, Senior Vice President, EMEA Development Department.

"We see here considerable potential for further development of our portfolio in cities where the presence of international hotel brands is not as widespread yet. Hampton by Hilton is a brand that has recently been developing at a dizzying pace – over the past two years it has doubled the number of its hotels, thus causing the availability of high-quality hotel services at affordable prices in Poland has significantly increased. The signing of these strategic contracts increases the brand's portfolio by the expected three new properties and is part of a strategy that will allow Hampton by Hilton to increase its presence on the Polish market by two-thirds by 2022," Fitzgibbon added.
