One of the most respected and innovative global real estate investment firms, Hines,  is successfully commercializing office space in the Ambassador Office Building. The lease agreements were signed by two other companies – HarperCollins Polska publishing house and LDI Polska, an entity belonging to Groupe Le Duff, a representative of BRIDOR, manufacturer of bakery products. HarperCollins Polska will occupy over 570 sqm on the third floor and will move into the new office early next year. LDI Polska has leased over 50 sqm on the ground floor and has already taken over the space in mid-September. Both leases are for 5 years.

“The commercialization of the Ambassador Office Building is proceeding very swiftly, despite difficult market conditions resulting from the pandemic. The Ambassador Office Building is very popular due to its high quality, excellent location, rich associated infrastructure and ecological solutions,” Monika Igła, leasing manager, Hines, said..

“However, that is not all. We can see that a flexible approach and speed are playing an increasingly important role in the leasing process,” she added.
