Hines Global Income Trust has acquired a 36,000-sqm logistics asset in Łódź. The purchase marks the company’s second acquisition in the Polish warehouse real estate market with the investor having bought an over 30,000-sqm logistics park located in Pruszcz Gdański near Gdańsk earlier this month. The Łódź property was completed earlier this year and will be managed by Hines Polska. It is fully leased out to such tenants as Damco Poland, Deles Polska, Intelligent Logistic Solutions and Inter Cars.
