Poczta Polska is looking for a tenant to redevelop part of its historic building at Krupówki 20 in Zakopane, one of the city’s most recognizable locations. The company is offering 91 rooms for lease, including former guest rooms with private bathrooms, creating the possibility of transforming the property into a hotel, restaurant, retail, office, medical, or service space.

The building includes former offices, conference rooms, social areas, and operational facilities, as well as an elevator and geothermal heating system. The postal branch on the ground floor will continue operating for residents and tourists.

Poczta Polska says the project is part of a broader strategy to make better use of its real estate assets. Lease conditions and pricing will be negotiated with potential partners, and the company may also organize a formal tender process.
