Global Office Park is a modern facility consisting of an office, service, and residential parts. The two towers, in which the offices will be located, are 25-story buildings, 104 m high, with a total area of 55,200 sqm. The third tower will contain apartments for rent from Resi Capital. The basis of all three skyscrapers will be a five-story podium with a place for gastronomy, service points, and shops. The residential part and the office part will have access to green and relaxation zones created on terraces occupying as much as a 2,300 sqm surface. Construction work began in 2019 and is scheduled to be completed around mid-2022.
“There is no doubt that the Katowice market is largely driven by companies from the IT and services sector. I am glad that our offer meets their needs perfectly, as evidenced by the fact that the lease has already exceeded 50%, and the commissioning of both towers is planned for the second quarter of 2022. Global Office Park is Cavatina Holding's first investment in Katowice, and in addition, the first such a large mixed-use project in Silesia. We see the potential of this city and its power to attract new investors. The presence of brands such as Hyland in this project is a confirmation of our well-chosen operating strategy in this market,” Tomasz Zydorek, Leasing Director at Cavatina Holding, said.
